Verification and review

What happens after you submit

  1. Submit your signature

    Provide the public identity details you want listed and a private email address for verification.

  2. Confirm your email

    Open the verification link in your email, then select the confirmation button on that page.

  3. Organizer review and approval

    After email confirmation, the organizers receive a private review link and deliberately approve the public fields before publication.

  4. Publication

    Approved names and credentials, professional roles or titles, and optional affiliations are added beneath the letter and to the public signatory list. Email addresses and private notes remain private.
